Courage comes in when we allow ourselves to trust our unique vision. And when we make time for ourselves to follow our vision into expression. 

Here’s a piece of creative “discipline”—we need leisure in order to create. Staring at the café ceiling for an hour with no demands allows the right brain time to make connections and come up with ideas that it otherwise wouldn’t have time for. This is scientific fact!
