It is my invitation to you, my listeners, to dive into a healing journey. Please use it in whatever forms “move” you!—Dance, meditation, journeying, relaxation, movement exploration, yoga, birthing, healing! Who is Blue Lilah? Imagine being taken on a journey in the dream language of a medicine woman, with luscious percussion, backwards guitar, a whale’s voice, a thunderstorm . . . and that’s just the first song!

Creativity Takes Courage

You are amazing! Let yourself be here! Bring it!

There’s only one you! You and your uniqueness add something to this world that no one else can! You make the world a better place by being truly you! Trust your intuition, your passion, your expression! Whatever it is that you create—let it flow! Art, gardening, a business, supporting a child, cooking, athletics, writing, singing, politics, dancing, healing—let your vision enhance the world.

Courage comes in when we allow ourselves to trust our unique vision. And when we make time for ourselves to follow our vision into expression.

Here’s a piece of creative “discipline”—we need leisure in order to create. Staring at the café ceiling for an hour with no demands allows the right brain time to make connections and come up with ideas that it otherwise wouldn’t have time for. This is scientific fact! The “discipline” comes when you schedule this time for yourself and stick by it. I know! I’m working on my fifth album and my novel. Find my music projects here—I’m up for awards for both projects.
